Processing takes 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within Switzerland is 4-8 working days. Shipping takes place Monday to Friday.

Is there a charge for shipping?
No. Standard shipping within Switzerland is free for all orders. We do not offer other shipping methods.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept TWINT, Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in CHF including 8.1% VAT.
Can I return the goods?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or not as described. After arrival at the warehouse, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
How long does the guarantee last?
The manufacturer's official warranty conditions apply to JURA devices: 25 months for household use and 12 months for commercial/non-domestic use. The prerequisite is purchase from an authorized specialist retailer and proof of purchase.
