Purposes of data processing

Contract processing: order acceptance, payment processing, shipping, returns and customer service.
Fulfillment of legal obligations: retention and accounting obligations.
Security: Abuse and fraud prevention, operational troubleshooting.
Optional communication: Response to your contact requests.

Data categories processed

Order and contact details: name, address, email, telephone.
Payment data: payment type and transaction status (the card data itself is processed by the payment service provider).
Order and communication history.
Technical access data: IP address (stored shortened), time stamp, browser type.

Legal basis

The processing is based on the contractual relationship, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in safe and efficient operations. Consent will be obtained if required by law.

Disclosure to third parties

We only transmit data to third parties to the extent that this is necessary for contract processing: to payment service providers, shipping service providers and IT service providers. They process the data on behalf of and under confidentiality obligations.

Retention period

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or legal retention requirements (usually 10 years for accounting-relevant documents). Data is then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability within the scope of the revDSG. Please send inquiries to info@adlerstore.ch stating your contact details and, if possible, the order number.
