General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Adler Storen GmbH and customers who place orders via the adlerstore.ch website.

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Adler Storen GmbH via the adlerstore.ch website. Differing conditions from the customer do not become part of the contract unless they are acknowledged in writing.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By completing the order you are making a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we expressly confirm the order by email. An automatic confirmation of receipt does not replace the order confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are gross prices in CHF including 8.1% VAT. Payable with TWINT, Visa or Mastercard as per Payment terms.

5. Shipping

Delivery takes place to an address within Switzerland. Standard shipping within Switzerland is free. See details Shipping conditions.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Adler Storen GmbH until full payment has been made.

7. Returns

There is a return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with ours Return and Refund Policy.

8. Material warranty and manufacturer's guarantee

The legal provisions of the material warranty according to the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. For manufacturer guarantees for the JURA brand, the manufacturer's official conditions apply (household 25 months, commercial/non-household 12 months) subject to the manufacturer's requirements. No further promises are made.

9. Liability

The liability of Adler Storen GmbH is based on the legal provisions. We are only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations are breached. Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is based on ours Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.

12. Severability clause

If individual provisions are ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
