Payment terms

All prices are gross prices in Swiss francs (CHF) including the statutory VAT of 8.1%.

Accepted payment methods

TWINT — Swiss payment service. Payment directly from your banking app.
Visa — Credit card payment, recognized worldwide, for orders from Switzerland.
Mastercard — Credit card payment, recognized worldwide, for orders from Switzerland.

Payment is authorized upon completion of the order. We only charge the payment method after the order has been successfully verified.

Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT at the standard rate of 8.1%. The shipping prices can be found here Shipping conditions — standard shipping within Switzerland is free.

Data transfer

The payment data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Payment details are not permanently stored in our systems; processing is carried out by the responsible payment service providers in accordance with their security standards.

Order confirmation and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation via email. An automatic confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. See details Terms and Conditions.

Invoice and delivery currency

Billing takes place exclusively in CHF. Conversions to other currencies are the responsibility of your card issuer.
