Shipping countries

We only ship within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping method and costs

• Standard shipping within Switzerland — for free.
• Other shipping methods (express, same day, self-collection) are not offered.

Processing time

After payment is received, orders will be prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the canton of Basel-Stadt.

Transit time

The regular delivery time within Switzerland is 4-8 working days. Shipping takes place Monday to Friday. In the run-up to Christmas or in the event of strikes by delivery partners, delivery may be slightly delayed.

Delivery and handover

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address you provided. If no one is available, the delivery person will usually leave an invitation to collect the item. For large appliances, we recommend providing an address where delivery can be ensured during business hours.

Damaged shipments

If packaging is visibly damaged, please document the damage immediately upon delivery and report it within 48 hours support@adlerstore.ch with photo and order number.

deadline

You can order goods within 30 days from receipt send back. The date of the postmark of the return is decisive.

Condition of the goods

We ask that you return the goods in the original, undamaged packaging, with all accessories and without any signs of wear. Testing and adjustment processes that would be possible in a store are permitted.

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or were not delivered as ordered/described. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs after consultation.

Please enclose a note with your order number and the information “Return”. Without an order number, processing will be delayed.

refund

After the return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days back to the original means of payment. If paying by card, the credit may take a further 2-5 working days depending on the card issuer.

Exceptions

Sealed consumer products (e.g. opened coffee packs, opened cleaning products) are excluded from return if the seal has been removed. Statutory material warranty rights remain unaffected.

Defect or incorrect delivery

In the event of a defect or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt support@adlerstore.ch. In this case, we will organize the return or replacement free of charge.

Payment is authorized upon completion of the order. We only charge the payment method after the order has been successfully verified.

Prices and VAT

Data transfer

The payment data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Payment details are not permanently stored in our systems; processing is carried out by the responsible payment service providers in accordance with their security standards.

Order confirmation and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation via email. An automatic confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. See details Terms and Conditions.

Invoice and delivery currency

Billing takes place exclusively in CHF. Conversions to other currencies are the responsibility of your card issuer.
